This is a sign of "Insufficient Power Supply" If you have it on an extension cord , its best to take it off and find a direct power source . Softub pc boards ,Softub motors, Softub motor repair.

 This could be a few things, but the basic things could be an old liner, jet rings, harness leaks, or your clamp is broken. Set up a service call for me to pressure test your tub.
